1. Who we are

These Terms govern the use of the Info+ website (infoplus.world) and the Info+ publishing application (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mikhail Mikhailovich Kucheryavchenko (ИП Кучерявченко Михаил Михайлович), e-mail hello@infoplus.world ("we", "us").

2. What the Service is

Info+ is a news media project. The Service prepares short news posts and news videos and publishes them to social media accounts owned and operated by Info+, including Telegram, MAX, VK, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. The Service is an internal tool: it is not provided to third parties, and it does not publish content on behalf of other users.

3. Use of the website

The website is informational. You may view it free of charge. You agree not to disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access to it or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Content

News posts and videos published by Info+ are prepared for informational purposes. We use publicly available news sources, write our own texts and use images and video only from official sources, royalty-free libraries or sources that permit such use. If you believe that material published by Info+ infringes your rights, contact us by e-mail and we will review the request and remove the material if the claim is justified.

5. Third-party platforms

Our content is distributed through third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, VK, Telegram and MAX). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We comply with the terms and developer policies of each platform we publish to.

6. Disclaimer

The website and content are provided "as is". We try to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or content.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page with its effective date.
