Data deletion instructions

The Info+ application stores only the data needed to publish Info+ content to accounts owned by Info+ (see the Privacy Policy).

How to request deletion

1. Send an e-mail to hello@infoplus.world with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Specify the platform (for example Instagram or TikTok) and the account name or ID.
3. We delete the stored tokens and related records within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

Revoking access yourself

You can also revoke the application's access at any time in the platform settings: in Instagram / Facebook — Settings, Apps and websites; in TikTok — Settings and privacy, Security, Apps and services; in Google — Account, Security, Third-party apps. After access is revoked, the stored token stops working and is deleted.
